Coaching is for that moment. Not crisis. Just the honest question: what comes next, and who do I want to be when I get there? 

How I work 

My coaching draws on Positive Psychology, Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence, and Maxwell Leadership principles — three frameworks that, together, put your strengths, your emotional world, and your values at the centre of every conversation. 
You are the expert on your life. I’m here to ask better questions, hold space without judgment, and help you see what’s already in you — perhaps from a different angle. 
Sessions are held online via Zoom or Teams, and are available for individuals based anywhere in the world. In-person sessions in Doha are available on request. .

We begin with a complimentary discovery call. No pressure, no pitch. You share what’s on your mind. I share how I work. We both decide if this feels right.

Your Baseline

For many clients, we begin with an assessment — the Six Seconds EQ Assessment, Maxwell DISC, or VIA Strengths — to build a clear, evidence-based picture of where you are. This isn’t about labelling. It’s about clarity. 

Step 3

The Work

We meet regularly — typically fortnightly — for 60-minute sessions. Between sessions, you have reflection prompts, exercises, and my quiet support. The pace is yours. 

Step 4

Integration

Coaching isn’t just in the session. It’s in the moments between. We track what’s shifting, celebrate what’s growing, and adjust as you do.
