Meet Your Leadership & Transitions Coach

My Story

Change has been a constant in my life.

From relocating across cities in India to building a life in Doha, Qatar — where I have been rooted for twelve years — I have navigated more transitions than most. Each one deepened my understanding of resilience, identity and the remarkable human capacity to begin again.

For over a decade I taught across India. It was in an IB school that something shifted profoundly — I discovered that children carry their own answers within them. That education, at its best, is not teacher-centred but child-centred. I brought that conviction home to my daughters, honoured their choices and trusted their instincts. Years later, it became the foundation of everything I do as a coach.

My turning point came quietly — during the pandemic. People arrived carrying uncertainty and fear. Yet when held in a space that felt genuinely safe, something remarkable happened. They stopped looking outward for permission. They found their own answers, chose their own paths and stepped — with growing confidence — into new chapters of their lives.

"That is when I knew. This is my calling."

My commitment to leadership extends far beyond the boardroom. During the Maxwell Global Youth Initiative 2025 I partnered with Bhaichara Radio, the Salaam Balak Trust and One Million Leaders Asia — bringing leadership teachings to children from marginalised communities across six time zones. Leadership, I believe, belongs to everyone.

Today I work with executives, leaders, professionals and young people — drawing on Positive Psychology, Six Seconds EQ and Maxwell Leadership principles. Not as frameworks to impose, but as languages through which to understand the whole person sitting across from me.

I am also a visual artist. Painting — like coaching — is the practice of seeing. Of looking beneath the surface. Of finding what is already there and bringing it gently into the light.

I am endlessly curious, deeply spiritual and profoundly committed to my own growth. I keep learning. I keep becoming.

I raised two daughters into educated, thoughtful and remarkable human beings — setting aside much of my own formal education along the way. I am making up for that now, with great joy.

Debjani Mukerjee.

Your Journey, My Passion

How I Coach

I believe that transformation is not just possible, it is inevitable with the right support. My approach is built on one core belief — you already have everything you need within you. My role is simply to help you access it.

Positive Psychology

Rather than focusing on what is wrong, we start with what is already strong. Positive Psychology invites us to identify your unique strengths, build on what energises you and move toward flourishing — not just functioning.

Emotional Intelligence - Six Seconds Model

Emotional intelligence is not about suppressing feelings — it is about understanding them. Using the Six Seconds model — Know Yourself, Choose Yourself, Give Yourself — we explore how your emotions inform your decisions, your relationships and your leadership.

Strengths-Based Coaching — VIA

Your character strengths are not skills to be learned — they are qualities you already carry. Through the VIA Character Strengths Assessment we identify what is most essentially you — and build your leadership from that foundation.

ICF Aligned Approach

My coaching is fully aligned with International Coaching Federation principles. This means you are always the expert of your own life. I ask. I listen. I reflect. The answers — and the choices — are always yours.

Vision

A world where every person — regardless of role, age or circumstance — has access to a safe and nurturing space to discover who they truly are and lead from that place.

Mission

You come to coaching already whole. My role is simply to create a space warm enough, safe enough and steady enough for you to hear yourself clearly.

The Artist Coach

Who I truly am

I see my clients not just as professionals navigating change — but as whole, beautiful, complex human beings. Sometimes I paint what I see in them. This painting was created for a client at the completion of her coaching journey.

Art is how I honour transformation

I am also a visual artist.Painting — like coaching — is the practice of seeing. Of looking beneath the surface. Of finding what is already there and bringing it into the light.
This painting was created for a client at the completion of her coaching journey. Every colour a layer of herself — her courage, her resilience, her light. Grounded and reaching. Luminous from within.
That painting is her.
Every person I coach carries a painting within them.
A dream already begun.

Born From Belief

Novyora — A name that speaks of new beginnings, of moving forward, of flowing gently but purposefully into the future — was born from the same belief that guides every coaching conversation: that within every transition lies the seed of transformation.

Logo - The lotus, in soft shades of pink, reflects my belief as a transition coach-that growth begins from within. The pink symbolizes youth, vitality, positivity, and forward movement. The five core petals represent your signature strengths, while the surrounding layers reflect deep self-exploration and the building of self-belief. It is a reminder that through every transition, you have the power to rise, evolve, and move forward as you bloom into your fullest potential.

"Change is inevitable. Growth is optional."
